Welcome to Carmel Elementary School! I am excited to welcome you and your child to kindergarten! As a Clarksville native, I feel incredibly blessed to teach in the school system where I grew up. I graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2003 with a bachelor's degree and earned my Master of Arts in Education from Belmont University in 2006.

Teaching has always been my passion, and I have been teaching kindergarten in CMCSS since 2006. Kindergarten is such a special and exciting year filled with tremendous growth, new experiences, and important milestones. It is a joy to watch children build confidence, develop a love of learning, and discover all they are capable of achieving.

I am honored to partner with your family this year and look forward to working together to make your child's kindergarten experience a positive, successful, and memorable one. Welcome to Carmel—we're going to have a wonderful year together!
