I am very excited about this upcoming 2022-23 school year. Our students will learn a variety of sport skills and team games in PE this year. This is my 14th year as a PE teacher at CMCSS. I come to Kirkwood from Carmel Elementary where I have spent the past 10 years. I opened up Carmel in 2012 and I opened West Creek High in 2009 and taught PE and coached softball. Prior to teaching at West Creek I was a college softball coach for 8 years at The University of West Alabama and Elon University. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful children. I am excited about teaching the students at Kirkwood the importance of physical education in their daily life. GO Cobras!
